Running Technique and Drills

Date TBD

Millions of people enjoy running as a form of exercise. For many, it is more than just exercise. Running is a way to quiet the mind and release stress, challenge oneself to persevere, and a healthy activity with friends. But all things in life come with some level of risk. The vast majority of runners will experience a running associated injury at some point in time. Many of these people do not know how to properly prepare for running, manage the physical stress of running, or practice running technique. Unfortunately, for a number of runners, injuries can become a road block between them and what they love to do.

We understand a lot of runners want to avoid this, and need guidance. Thus we created these workshops. The workshops are designed to teach runners how to prepare themselves to run successfully, manage the stress of running, and improve their running performance. These three pieces will help runners to avoid injuries and setbacks.

RUNNERS’ GROUP TRAINING is also available. See under our “training > small group training” tab or click here.
