Functional Strength Training for Performance and Prevention

This workshop is exactly what the title says!  We teach you some foundational principles or our methodology and instruct you in numerous exercises you can implement into your own training routines.  The exercises we’ll go through can be tailored to meet all ages, fitness levels, and ability.  Furthermore, you don’t need to have access to a huge gym filled with exercise equipment.  Much of what we are going to show you can be done in your home, at a park, or at a track!  


Come dressed to move as this is an active learning experience!
