FAQS

How long does an analysis take?

Approximately 75- 90 minutes in total.

Who am I working with?

An exercise physiologist who is specifically trained to be running technique specialists.

What does it entail?

A few runs at “training pace” on the turf and on our Woodway Treadmill.

Do we review the Data with someone?

Yes. The running technique expert working with you will review both side and rear views explaining the physics and elements of running. You will receive feedback regarding how you can improve.

Am I instructed in How to Improve??

Absolutely. We will implement a few different drills with you immediately to try to facilitate improvement.

Do we get a copy of the videos and data?

Yes! you will receive a copy of the avatar video in your email for you to review later.

How Do I remember the Drills/Exercises I need to do?

You will receive an email containing a link to an app containing drills and exercises selected specifically for you with video demos.

How should I dress? Should I wear shoes? What kind?

Wear tight/slim fitting athletic clothing with minimal to no reflective material on it! (You’ll get an email with more detail)
