I am a 49-year-old band mom who has struggled with weight all my life, despite growing up an athlete. Two years ago I tore my Achilles tendon and had a lot of pain and activity disruption. I went through 8 months of physical therapy with limited success before I met Kayleen and Ryan. I was still having severe shooting pains in my ankle and couldn’t do much exercise without having to stop because of pain in both my ankle and back. After working with Ryan for 4 months, I was discharged from physical therapy with no more shooting pains, and I am now able to complete all kinds of physical activity. As a matter of fact, I just signed up for a 5K next month! I started working with Kayleen as a personal trainer at my home twice a week at the same time, and have seen a great improvement in my fitness level and overall wellness. Ryan and Kayleen worked together to tailor a plan for me based on my issues, including the torn Achilles, arthritis in my hands and knees, and chronic back pain from a car accident. Since working with them Kayleen and Ryan, I have lost 20 pounds, I am stronger, I eat healthier, and I am more active. I feel so good, I was just able to do something two weeks ago I have been putting off for years because of my back and ankle pain…I went skydiving!! Ryan and Kayleen make a great team; they are knowledgeable, dedicated and encouraging, while at the same time willing to challenge you to reach the next level and achieve your own personal fitness goals.

Hi Guys,
Wanted to tell you thank you for helping me get ready for an amazing trip to the Grand Canyon! Kayleen, you might not have known you were helping, but I did some of your pool and upper body workouts to help prepare. What a blast...I made it the whole way and...wait for it...NO shooting pains in the top of my foot! The wrapping helped a lot...thanks for letting Patty learn the ropes! What a great feeling to be able to experience something like that up close and for my old body to be able to handle it!! Had a couple of tough moments (temps reached over 140 degrees as we reached the campground at the bottom, and on our day hike that day after we set up camp I got a little heat exhaustion), lost a toenail when I got home, the usual...but the trip was grand!!
Well guys, just wanted to say hi and thank you for helping me so much...I never could have done it without you!

I didn't start to exercise on a regular basis until I retired after a career teaching special education. Ok, if I am to be honest, I never exercised even irregularly much before retirement. I started changing my diet and eating habits just before I turned 60. I was able to lose a significant amount of weight and then started "talking" about getting a trainer. My kids got tired of hearing the talk and signed me up for personal training sessions as a Mother's Day gift. (And I thought they loved me.) I couldn't get out of them since they paid in advance; three days a week of sweating. That's when I met Kayleen. My goals were simple: live through the workouts, tone up a little, and be able zip a fabulous pair of knee-high leather boots. I met all three goals with Kayleen's help, encouragement, and professionalism. I am now on to more challenging goals that still include living through the workouts.

Kayleen does an excellent job balancing a challenging workout with one that won't make me want to quit. She is so personable and makes the workouts enjoyable and worthwhile. I appreciate her encouragement and support. She listens to what I tell her and tailors the workout to meet my needs and the needs of my 65 year old body.

I found out it is never too late to start a workout regimen and feel better about myself and my body. While I will never love working out I do look forward to seeing what I can accomplish with Kayleen's help each week

To be totally transparent I am Ryan’s mom, so Kayleen’s mother-in-law but what I am going to say is based on facts not feelings. I have worked out my entire life. Running, lifting, classes, swimming just about anything I have done it at some point but running and lifting have been my go-to forever. 6 years ago, at age 56 I was diagnosed with osteopenia. The doctor wanted me to take vitamin D and calcium supplements. So, I did. Fast forward 2 years and my next bone density test told us I was now in the osteoporosis category. This was discouraging and I was way too young. My doctor sent me to a bone specialist who put me on some medicine which made me sick and then thought maybe I should try infusions which I thought….NO WAY! This seemed way too intrusive for my body. So, I really wasn’t sure what to do. By this time, I had given up on the supplements as it didn’t seem to help and was trying to figure out what to do next. In April of 2020 I started working out with Kayleen 2-3 times a week along with my usual running routine and other workouts when I was not with her. Fast forward to December of 2020 and my next bone density test. My doctor came in and said “I need to know what you are doing.” I asked her why and she said “You are no longer in the osteoporosis category. You are back in the osteopenia category”. I was so happy. I told her all I have really done is start personal training with Kayleen 9 months ago and I did start up my Calmax supplement again in November 2020. She said I definitely need to continue the Calmax and the workouts with Kayleen. She has had another patient that also did the same thing and reversed the bone loss. Some doctors may tell you that you cannot reverse bone loss but I am living proof that you can because I did. My regular workouts did not do it, it was training with Kayleen that did it. The workouts I do with her promote proper postural position along with higher impact exercises like plyometrics which help to increase bone building cells. So, to make a long story really short…If you have osteoporosis or osteopenia, I highly recommend you start working out with Kayleen and possibly try the Calmax. I’m not sure if I was on the Calmax long enough to say it helped but I know for sure I was working out with Kayleen long enough to know it made a huge difference.

“Ryan and Kayleen's extensive knowledge about body mechanics combined with their genuine care for people create an invaluable service for people who are seeking pain relief. They go beyond fixing the problem; they give their clients corrective exercises to help eliminate the issue, while giving them the confidence that they are capable of alleviating their own pain. I can attest to all this. I cannot express my gratitude to them enough.”

Kayleen has helped me so much! I started training with her because I was having knee and back pain from my sports. I also wanted to develop my strength and stability so that I could perform better. Kayleen has worked with me to strengthen and use the right muscles, move properly, and increase my cardio fitness. It is great because I really like our work outs. They are fun and challenging and I don’t have pain anymore. I have also improved a lot. I am faster, move well, and I am strong and balanced.

Ryan and Kayleen go above and beyond to help clients improve their overall physical well-being and athletic ability… and I feel very fortunate to be working with them!

I first started working with Ryan three years ago after falling from a horse and dislocating and breaking my shoulder and back. My injury was complicated, and I seemed to go up and down in my recovery. I was really impressed with Ryan’s work ethic, knowledge, expertise, and professionalism. He was very patient and didn’t just simply treat me with the standard protocol. Instead, he listened carefully, tried new techniques and adjusted his treatment in order to successfully address my issues.

After completing physical therapy, I was fearful to do my old workouts or activities due to pain. So, I started training with Kayleen. Kayleen is knowledgeable, dedicated, and positive and she has helped me tremendously. With her I have learned about and significantly improved my movement patterns, posture, muscle use, balance and overall strength.

I am even stronger now than I was before the accident and I no longer have pain when I work out or move. I am excited about how much more I can do, and I owe Ryan and Kayleen a HUGE thank you for all that they have done so far

“Literally the best place I have been to for my rehabilitation. Have been to many other places and none of them provide the value that I got from Ryan and Kayleen. They both actually genuinely care and honestly it's hard to find that. Not only that but they are very intelligent in their approach and use methods that actually work. Can not thank them enough for what they do. I personally recommend them to everyone now.”

“Ryan is very knowledgeable. He fixed my shoulder problem, and helped me buildup enough strength to workout again. Ryan and Kayleen are amazing people who focus on the body as a whole so we can get back to the activities we love! Highly recommend!”

“Ryan and Kayleen are such caring, genuine people. I recently had a hip and femur break. Ryan helped me throughout my recovery and has honestly changed my life. He was able to help me make adjustments to my daily movements and posture that were hindering my recovery. He also educated me about the muscles affected by my injury and explained why he was working on them. Since my recovery, I have been training with Kayleen. She designs work outs specifically for her clients and their needs. She is great to work with and genuinely wants the best for her clients. I am stronger than ever and have recovered in what seems like no time! Kayleen and Ryan care so much about their clients. You can tell they are truly rewarded when their clients reach their goals!”
