Already have a group you want to train with?

We can customize the number of sessions, days, and times to accommodate your specific group.

Cost per session

2 people: $60/person

3 people: $50/person

4 people: $40/person

5 people: $35/person

We require a commitment to at least 6 sessions and pre-payment in full to ensure participant commitment.

PLEASE NOTE that you must either be working with a physical therapist or have just ended physical therapy in order for me to work with you post injury/pelvic floor issues. If you are actively having pain you should be working with a physical therapist. I am not a physical therapist. My job is to prevent injuries and keep you healthy.
