A lot of people are lost when it comes to “active” recovery principles.  We often see people performing stretches that are causing more problems than good, simply because they do not know the proper way to “stretch”.  We will target some of the most problematic areas for runners and teach you how to perform self soft tissue techniques, mobilizations, fascial line stretches, restore posture/alignment, and calm the nervous system for optimal recovery. 

Come dressed to move as this is an active learning experience!
