Running Technique Workshop

 

85% of all Runners will experience a running related injury this year. Many of these will be diagnosed as “overuse” injuries when in reality they are the result of “misuse” (i.e. bad technique).

Get out of the 85% Learn how to run correctly, stay healthy!

Become more efficient, faster, healthier, and all around a better runner by improving how you run!  This workshop specifically focuses on enhancing your running TECHNIQUE. We will introduce you to the Pose method and show you how to self assess your running technique.  More so, we will teach and perform drills to implement into your training to improve your running technique!  We will discuss principles such as stride length, stride frequency (cadence), initial contact/foot strike, acceleration, and how these fit into the Pose paradigm of pose, fall, pull.

Come dressed to move as this is an active learning experience!
